On behalf of the members of the Small Boutique Fashion Week committee, we would like to congratulate you on your eagerness to further your career by participating in fashion's top open to the public event. SBFW is the premiere fashion event for small scale buyers, boutique owners, celebrity stylists, independent brands and members of the fashion media. Our past participants have gone on to dress some of fashion's top celebrities, have been covered by Lucky Magazine, Vogue and other notable publications and have even competed on Project Runway!
Small Boutique Fashion Week provides designers with the opportunity to expand their network, and display their collections in fashion's top venues. Not only will you be debuting a collection during NYC Fashion Week or our other locations, but you will also receive a list of sample makers, factories, and other production necessities to upgrade your business. As a participant, you can create lasting relationships with actual industry professionals looking to do business with fashion's next great talent.

OUR GOAL IS TO GET YOUR MERCHANDISE SOLD!!!! And provide all of our participants with the most beneficial, professional, and visually upscale environment to take your business and image to the next level. Registration Options

Option #1
Save by registering in full and confirming your spot:
Want to completely register & reserve your space? Ensure your spot & sell to buyers by registering in full and avoiding payment plan fees.

Option #2
Place a 50% deposit:
Submit a deposit of 50% & set your own date or date(s)to complete your registration. (Balance must be paid within 2 months or 2 weeks prior to your event)
This registration plan will not be available if your show is less then 3 weeks away.
Please check the dates before choosing this plan.
All final payments due 3 weeks prior to the event unless otherwise specified

Option #3
$50 per week payment plan ($50 additional):
Need to consolidate your registration payments? For as little as $50 a week, start a weekly designer registration plan securing your spot for one of fashion’s most profitable events. (Balance must be paid within 2 weeks prior to your event)
This registration plan will not be available if your show is less then 3 weeks away.
Please check the dates before choosing this plan.
All final payments due 3 weeks prior to the event unless otherwise specified

Multi city registration only valid if participant meets all due dates.
Multi City plan deposits must cover the full cost of participation for the first event you wish to participate in.
A custom invoice will be sent depending on the cities and amenities you've requested.

PLEASE NOTE:
SBFW designers can reserve their space at anytime. However, if you cannot register immediately, SBFW scheduled registration invoices are sent to applicants on the 1st & 15th of every month. If you sign up today, but cannot reserve your space, an invoice will be sent to you on the 1st or the 15th depending on when you signed up. If you wish to register prior to these dates you may contact our staff to request an invoice after signing up. Designers will receive a handbook with further instructions.

1) A Square link will be sent to you after RSVPing by answering the questions listed at the bottom.   

We do not advise to wait until the final due date as participants are solidifying their brands weekly as they are casted.   

Can't meet the registration requirements? Need a more flexible registration schedule? SBFW is here to assist small businesses. Feel free to RSVP by answering the questions below and letting us know if you need an alternative registration schedule and we would be happy to accommodate your capabilities.

(ALERT: DUE TO AN OVERWHELMING AMOUNT OF APPLICANTS most designers do not wait until the deadline to reserve their brand's attendance. We do advise to solidify your brand as soon as you can to avoid a cap in casting for the season )
